How it works

Strategy in 7 days. Always-on from week two.

LONDiN runs as a creative function on subscription. Real strategy, real identity, real production. Delivered on a calendar, with senior creative direction on every output before it lands with you.

01 — onboarding

The first seven days.

From signup to delivered brand strategy and identity. Same flow, every customer.

Day 0

Five minutes. Stripe handles billing. A welcome email triggers the discovery questionnaire and the calendar link for your kickoff call.

Day 1-2

Discovery questionnaire

Fifteen minutes for you. Twelve questions covering business, audience, brand state, voice, references, ambition. Pre-fills the kickoff call so we spend 30 minutes thinking, not collecting.

Day 3

Kickoff call

Thirty minutes with your senior creative director. Positioning, audience, voice, and visual direction captured in real time. We confirm what lands by Day 7.

Day 4-6

Production

The LONDiN production engine builds. Brand strategy, identity, voice doc, first 30-day social calendar. Every output reviewed at the senior creative level before it touches your inbox.

Day 7

Brand strategy delivered

Strategy deck, identity assets, voice doc, content calendar, plus a 15-minute video walkthrough. Production starts the next day.

02 — production engine

AI does the labour. Senior taste does the deciding.

LONDiN's production engine is platform-agnostic and end-to-end. Frontier AI does the heavy lifting; nothing leaves the studio until senior human eyes approve it. That discipline is Creative Intelligence.

Your brief Strategy · imagery · video · audio Senior review Delivered
Strategy + copy

Every framework, every word.

AI-augmented brand frameworks, positioning, and tone of voice. Frontier reasoning models with senior creative judgement on top.

Imagery + design

Visuals at production scale.

AI-powered creation of visuals, posters, packaging, ad creative, and social. Best-in-class image models, swapped as the landscape evolves.

Video + audio

Motion and sound without the studio.

AI-generated short-form video for ads and social, plus voice and audio where the work needs it. Studio-grade output, no studio booking.

Orchestration

End-to-end, not piecemeal.

Custom agents glue production together so the work flows from brief to delivery without sitting idle between steps.

The veto

The part that is not automated.

Senior creatives review every deliverable, and most of what the engine makes never reaches you. Not optional. Not skippable. The moat.

What the senior review actually catches, before you ever see the work
  • The generic AI look. Anything that could belong to any brand gets killed.
  • Off-voice copy. If it doesn't sound like your voice doc, it doesn't ship.
  • Weak headlines. The first idea is rarely the one that runs.
  • Visual drift. Colour, type, and composition held to your identity, every output.
  • Wrong-audience register. Work pitched at the people who actually buy from you.
03 — monthly cadence

What lands every month, on schedule.

After Day 7, your LONDiN team produces against a published calendar. You see what's coming. You sign off when you want. Refine in monthly reviews.

Week 1

Month's content calendar published. First batch of social posts queued and reviewed. Ad creative briefed.

Week 2-3
